Financial Aid Programs

OSAP ( The Ontario Student Assistance Program )

The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a financial aid program that can help you pay for college.

OSAP offers funding through:

– Grants: money you don’t have to pay back
– A student loan: money you need to repay once you’re done school

When you apply for OSAP, OSAP automatically consider you for both grants and a loan.

Employment Ontario and Second Career

Employment Ontario helps job seekers, workers and employers with grants and other services around public and private sector employment. You can apply to Second Career program which is provided by Employment Ontario.

Students may qualify for post-secondary education financing through Second Career or other programs managed through Employment Ontario and can take financing support up to $28,000 .

Student Line of Credit

Students can apply for student loans from most major banks and credit unions offer student lines of credit to finance post-secondary education. Please contact to your institution about the student loan options.

 

Lifelong Learning Plan

The Canada Revenue Agency Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) allows you to withdraw amounts from your RRSPs to finance your education. There are some limitation when withdrawing the amount from your LLP account.

Out Of Province Students

Financial assistance may be available for out of province students who qualify and wants to study in Ontario.

Monthly Payment Plan

NetPLUS College offers monthly instalment payments to students who are experiencing financial difficulties during their studies. Throughout your program, tuition and material costs are divided into monthly payments, which are interest-free.
